St Gregory’s College Campbelltown

St Gregory's College is an independent Roman Catholic school located in Gregory Hills, near Campbelltown, NSW. The College was established in 1926 and it has been run by the Marist Brothers since 1929. St Gregory currently caters for approximately 1,100 students, including 180 boarders. The College is also located within the Diocese of Wollongong.

In 2014, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse heard allegations of child sexual abuse against former brothers and employees of the College. This included Brother John Dennis Maguire, Brother Ross Francis Murrin, former principal Brother Peter Pemble, and former dorm master Graeme Mundine who have all been charged and convicted of child sexual abuse in the past.

Moody Law has in the past and is still representing clients who have made allegations of child sexual abuse against various members of the Marist Brothers at different institutions around Australia.

We invite former students, teachers and parents to contact us to tell us confidentially what information they may have, and we will explain what options are available to help with these cases.
