Brian Mills

Brian Mills (age 80) was a former lay teacher who taught for a long period of time at St Edward’s College in East Gosford, NSW and at St Mary’s Cathedral College in Sydney. Both schools are run by the Christian Brothers. In June 2019, Brian Mills was extradited from Qld to face accusations and charges dealing with historical child sexual abuse. Mr Mills had in fact been under investigation by NSW police since 2017, for allegedly abusing boys aged 10 to 13 in the 1960s and 1970s. The abuse allegedly happened at both St Edward’s College and St Mary’s Cathedral College where Brian Mills had taught. We understand Brian Mills may be pleading not guilty.

Moody Law is currently representing various clients who have made allegations of sexual abuse by Brian Mills.

We invite former students, teachers and parents to contact us to tell us confidentially what information they may have, and we will explain what options are available to help with these cases.
